Is the first consultation really free?
Yes — 20 minutes with a senior physiotherapist, no card required. You'll leave with a diagnosis and a recommended plan. About 1 in 5 people don't need a program at all, and we tell them so.
What if I don't use all my sessions?
We refund every unused session, pro-rated at the package rate, within 7 days of your request. No forms, no questions.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Packs of 8 or more can be split into 2–3 monthly payments via UPI or card at no extra cost.
Do prices include GST?
All prices shown are inclusive of GST. You'll receive a GST invoice for each payment for insurance or employer reimbursement.
Why are home visits more expensive?
Travel time and hands-on treatment. Most patients use the Hybrid plan: home visits early on, then online sessions as they get stronger — which cuts the cost by almost half.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free reschedules with 12+ hours' notice. Within 12 hours: 2 free cancellations per 10 sessions, then the session is charged. If your physio cancels within an hour, you get a bonus session.
